Pure Omega -3 fish oil + cod liver oil capsules Aquamarine capsules contain a unique high purity marine oil formula that conveniently provides the benefits of both Omega - 3 and Cod Liver oil in a 50/50 ratio. The high -grade oils used provide rich sources of the essential fatty acids, DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA(eicosapentaenoic acid). Omega - 3 fatty acids are essential because although they can be made in the body , their conversion from other fatty acids in not very efficient. Therefore fish oils provide a valuable source dietary source.
Two capsules per day, preferably with a meal and drink such as milk or orange juice.

Omega3 Fish Oil 540mg.
Cod Liver Oil 540mg.
EPA 129mg.
DHA 119 mg.
Vitamin D (as D3 48 IU): 1.2 µg.
Vitamin E 11mg ?-TE.
