1- Wash your hands with soap and then dry them.
2-Put the lens first in your right eye.
3- Make sure the lens is not upside down. Put the lens on your fingertip under the light so that you can see clearly.
4- Use your other hand to lift the upper eyelid carefully so that it does not close while placing the lens.
5- Pull your lower eyelid carefully with the fingers of your other hand.
6- Move the contact lens toward your eye calmly and steadily. Looking up may help.
7- Slowly open your eyelid and close your eye for a moment to allow the lens to stabilize.
8- Follow the same steps for the left eye.
